The staff was very nice and professional and the office was clean and quiet. Dr.Grafe did my root canal. He was very thorough in explaining what to expect while doing the procedure as well as making sure I was comfortable while doing it. I was so comfortable I fell asleep which says a lot! Would definitely recommend Midwest Endodontics.

The staff members were very inviting and the facility very clean. Dr. Grafe was clearly very knowledgeable in this field, and the procedure went smoothly. KeKe the assisting was kind and helpful; and was able to answer all my questions before the procedure began. I even received a call from Dr. Grafe himself checking on me to see how I was recovering and if I had any questions. That is rare to find out of any doctor. I would highly recommend this business.

Dr. Grafe and his assistant took every step to make sure I was calm and comfortable during my root canal. This was the first time I’d experienced this procedure and, naturally, I was nervous. Dr. Grafe explained everything at a level i could comprehend (no clinical terms) and made sure I was clear about post-care instructions. He then called me just to check on me. All this during an ice storm! I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to go back. I would recommend them to anyone.
